摘要
虚拟环境下设备的虚拟操作和虚拟加工是虚拟制造的一个重要研究内容。本文通过对高速啤酒贴标机的虚拟建模和仿真操作的研究,阐述了在VRM L的虚拟现实应用平台上建立高速贴标机的虚拟操作系统的方法,提出了利用So lid w orks-VRM L-JavaScript-H tm l多方相互通信的办法对VRM L人机交互功能进行增强与扩展,从而满足高速贴标机虚拟操作的功能要求。此外,文中还提出了利用So lid w orks和建模转换程序相互结合而实现的在虚拟环境下的高速贴标机的快速建模方法。
Under hypothesized environment, the equipment hypothesized operation and hypothesized processing are an important research content on hypothesized manufacture. The article explained how to establish the method of hypothesized operating system on high speed sign machine upon VRML hypothesized reality applicaple platform through the research on hypothesized modelling and emulated operation of the high speed sign machine for beer. The paper also puts forward the method of multi-communication utilizing Solid worksVRML-JavaScript-Html to strengthen and extend the mutual functions between human and machine so that to meet the demands of hypothesized operation of the high speed sign machine. In addition, the article introduces the quick modelling method of the high speed sign machine under hypothesized environment utilizing Solid works and modelling switching sequence.
