摘要
认知疗法在心理咨询的流派中占有重要的地位。它是通过改变人的认知过程、改变人的观念来纠正人的情绪和行为的一种方法。本文简要介绍了有代表性的几种认知疗法。
Cognitive therapy play an important role in the Psycho- counseling framework. It is a method which rectify his emotion and behavior through change people＇s cognitive course and conception. This article introduce briefly some typical cognitive therapies.
