CT导引下穿刺肝、肾囊肿硬化术的技术改良

Improved technique in the percutaneous puncture sclerosing treatment for the hepatic and renal cyst

目的探讨CT导引下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肝、肾囊肿的技术改良措施及其临床应用价值。方法35例41个囊肿,其中肝囊肿9例(多发囊肿2例,Caroli病2例),肾囊肿26例(多发囊肿4例,囊肿继发感染2例)。在CT导引下行穿刺无水乙醇硬化治疗,探讨技术改良措施,并追踪观察其疗效。结果35例中41个囊肿顺利完成穿刺引流,除2例Caroli病外均行硬化治疗,无严重并发症发生,术后随访6个月以上,总有效率95.1%(39/41),临床症状缓解为83. 9%(26/31)。结论CT导引下经皮肝、肾囊肿穿刺硬化术是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,改良措施可以减少术中并发症,提高治愈率。

Objective To evaluate CT - guided ethanol injection（ CT PEI） in the treatment of Hepatic and Renal Cyst. Methods CT PEI was used to treat 41 Cysts in 35 patients,included 9 cases with hepatic Cyst and 26 cases with renal Cyst. All of the cases were followed -up for more than six months. The therapeutic effect were observed,and the improved operative methods were discussed. Results All of the cases were successfully operated except 2 cases of the Caroli＇s Disease. No severe complications occurred. During the follow up period, a clinical remission rate of 95.1% （39/41） was obtained, and the clinical symptoms disappered ifi 83.9% of cases （26/31） .Conclusion CT - PEI is a safe and effective therapeutics for the treatment of hepatic and renal cysts. The improved operative methods can reduce complications during the operation, and increase curative and effective rate.
