摘要
以水杨醛、邻溴苯胺和4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺酰基嘧啶为起始原料合成了新型除草剂ZJ0777,经氢核磁共振光谱、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析确证了其分子结构.田间药效试验结果表明,ZJ0777对油菜田的主要杂草看麦良和牛繁缕等有很好的防除效果,在30 g(a..i.)/hm2剂量下,对看麦良的防效>90%,牛繁缕的防效>80%,总草防效>87%,而对油菜无不良影响.上述结果说明,ZJ0777可作为油菜田的芽后除草剂进行研究与开发.
A new herbicide ZJ0777 (5) was synthesized based on salicylaldehyde, 2-bromoaniline and 2-methanesulfonyl-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine as the starting materials. The structure was confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. Herbicidal characteristics of the ZJ0777 were investigated in field. ZJ0777 provided excellent control of Alopecurusaequalis (〉90%) and Malachiumaquaticum ( 〉80% ) at dosage of 30 g (a.i.)/hm^2. The control efficacy of all weeds reached 87% while it did not cause injury to oilseed rape . These results suggest that ZJ0777 has the potential application as a new selective post-emergent herbicide in oilseed rape .
