摘要
为探讨ZnSO4对嗅上皮的损伤是否可逆,以成年SD大鼠为对象,ZnSO4或Triton X-100分别灌流单边鼻孔,用免疫组化技术,检测损伤后30、45和60 d嗅球酪氨酸羟化酶的免疫反应,结果在损伤后30 d,损伤鼻孔同侧嗅球的TH阳性细胞密度明显下降,Triton X-100损伤后45 d的TH阳性细胞密度比30 d时增加,60 d时已接近对照组,但ZnSO4损伤后456、0 d与30 d的结果类似,提示ZnSO4对嗅上皮的损伤是不可逆的.
To investigate whether the lesion induced by ZnSO4 was reversible or not, adult Sprague Dawley rats were given a single intranasal irrigation with ZnSO, or Triton X-100. After a specific period (30, 45 and 60 days, respectively) of the treatment, immunoreactivities of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) of olfactory bulb were exmined by using immunohistochemistry. 30 days after treatment, the density of TH-immunoreactive cells significantly reduced in OB ipsilateral to lesioned naris. In Triton-lesioned animals, the density of TH-immunoreactive cells of 45 d was higher than that of 30 d, the result of 60 d was similar to the control. However, in ZnSO4-1esioned animals, the results of 45 d and 60 d were similar to that of 30 d. It was suggested that the lesion induced by ZnSO4 was irreversible.
