摘要
目的建立便于监测的脊髓火器伤动物模型。方法12只猪随机分为火器伤组(G组)和打击伤组(A组),全麻后俯卧位固定于致伤架上。G组在L1和L2椎体处标记射击点,以79式微型冲锋枪及51式7.62mm手枪弹射击,由专业狙击枪手在8m处卧击点射。用改良Allen s打击模型为对照组。两组动物行病理检查。结果G组脊髓广泛硬膜下出血、神经元损伤明显,符合火器伤后病理改变。结论此模型的建立为研究脊髓火器伤后全身病理改变、局部病理生理改变、早期诊断及临床救治提供了有力的工具。
Objective To establish an animal model of gunshot injury to spinal cord avail to monitor. Methods Twelve healthy porcine were randomly divided into two groups: gunshot injury group (G group, n = 6) and the Allen method induced injury group (A group, n = 6). All were general anaesthesia and fixed on vulnerating- bench. Group G animals were shot on L1 or L2 lumbar vertebra using 79 type submachine gun and 7,62 mm bullets, which performed by sharp- shooter from 8 m distant place. The controlled group used the Allen method induced injury. Both groups animals were detected the pathology. Results It could be observed that extensive subdural hemorrhage as well as neuron injury obviously in group G, which corresponded to the change of gunshot injury to spinal cord. Conclusion This model provides powerful instrument for investigate systemic and local pathophysiological change, early diagnosis and remedy after gunshot injury to spinal cord.
