X70级针状铁素体类管线用钢板的生产研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据X70管线用钢的技术要求,进行了实验室研究和现场生产试验。确定采用低碳、低硫磷和Nb、V、Ti、Mo等微合金化成分;在试验中,分别采用三阶段控制轧制和二阶段控制轧制+轧后快冷技术,并对这两种工艺进行了分析与比较。最终采用二阶段控制轧制+轧后快冷技术进行试生产,获得了具有高强度、高韧性针状铁素体组织的X70管线钢。 Experiments of the lab and the site are carried out according to technical specification of GR. X70 plate used for pipeline. In the experiments, the low carbon content and low S as well as low P content steel is used, and some micro-alloy element are added in the steel such as Nb, V, Ti, Mo. The processing of three phase control rolling and two phase control rolling and accelerating cooling after wiling are used respectively, and the two kinds of technical processing are analyzed and contrasted. In the end, the two phase control rolling and accelerating cooling after roiling is used in practical processing to produce high strength and high toughness X70 pipeline steel, which has acicular ferrite microstructure.
