摘要 由于导卫装置采用传统连接方式与轧机紧固一体,因传动链长、固定支点多,在生产中经常出现松动、卡死等现象,诱发轧制事故。为此,采用以进口导卫中线为基准、用孔型找正、实现轧制线统一的改进思路,设计了与轧机本体分离的固定导卫装置。应用表明,改进的导卫装置承受约180万次的冲击无变形,且调整灵活,换槽时间仅为3min。 The original guide fittings, which fixedly combined with the rolling mill, because of long drive chain and many fixed points, usually become flexible and seizing, bring on rolling accident. Therefore, based on the thoughts taking the centerline of the entry guide as the basis and using the pass for spotting to carry out uniform rolling line, the fixed guide fittings, which separate from the rolling mill, are designed. Applications show that the advanced guide fittings have borne about 1,800,000 times of impact no transforming and adjust agility and the conversion time is only 3min.
