摘要
合金粉末表面热喷焊技术是一种新的表面防护和强化工艺。通过加入不同配比的合金粉末,使工件表面获得高耐磨性、高耐蚀性或耐热抗氧化的保护层,从而提高锅炉的使用寿命。
Surface thermal spray weld process with alloy powder is a new technology of surface protecting and hardening. By changing the composition of powder, the surface layers could be of wearability, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and the boiler＇s service life is improved.
