莱钢烧结机网络化控制系统选用QUANTUM系列PLC,由现场设备层、设备控制层、管理监控层组成,自控系统包括烧结电控和仪控两部分,通过工业以太网、自愈环网和MB+网异种网络通讯控制,实现了设备的连锁控制、重点参数的调节、画面监控、数据传输等,提高了烧结矿的产量与质量。

The control system based on network of Laigang＇s sintering machine uses type of Quantum PLC. It is made up of equipment on site layer, equipment controlling layer and management supervisory controlling layer. The sintering automatic controlling system includes electricity controlling and instruments controlling. Controlling by heterogeneous network including industry Ethernet, the ring net and the MB＋ net, the equipments＇ linkage controlling, the important parameters＇ adjusting, the menu＇s supervising and data＇s transferring are all realized, then the sintering quality and output are improved.
