有效提高加热炉热负荷的几项改造措施 被引量:3

摘要 随着装置生产能力的提高,提高加热炉热负荷是装置改造必须面临的问题,如何在充分利用现有设备的基础上,科学有效地提高加热炉的热负荷,是技术人员研究的重要课题。通过科学挖掘关键设备的潜力,增加系统的循环量;扩大炉管的管径,增加炉管传热面积;使用钉头管,增加传热系数等手段,提高了加热炉的热效率,达到了提高热负荷的要求,收到了较好的效果,也取得了明显的经济效益。 Along with the enhance of the unit ability, how to enhance ability of heater in unit reformation were faced. The important task is that how to effective enhance ability of heater in base on utilizing equipments. With scientific utilize potential equipment, we succeed as increase circulate capacity, enlarge size of heater pipe, increase transfer area of heater pipe, make use of nail- head pipe, increase transfer co- efficient, in order to improve efficient of heater.
