摘要
探讨了采用分光光度法、以硫代米氏酮作为显色剂、十六烷基溴化铵作增溶剂,测定水相中铊(Ⅲ)的最佳条件。从最大吸收波长的确定、最佳酸度的选择、显色剂、增溶剂加入量、配合物的稳定性、配位比和工作曲线等几个方面进行了探讨,证明该方法具有一定的应用价值。
This article discusses using spectrophotometry. Take TMK as developing agent,CTMB as solubilizer, to measure the optimum condition of T1( Ⅲ ) in aqueous phase. It mainly discusses the confirmation of the maximum absorption of wave - length; the optimum choice of acidity; the adding quantity of developing agent and solubilizer; the stability of cooperative object; proportion of coordination; and working curve. To demonstrate the method is applicable.
