采用稳定汽油C5为原料与工业甲醇混合,在一定温度和压力条件下,通过装有阳离子型磺酸树脂催化剂的筒式膨胀床双反应器进行醚化反应,考察了实验条件对反应转化率的影响。在一阶反应器操作参数:反应器入口温度70℃,反应压力1.0MPa,反应空速6~8h-1,循环比为2,醇烯摩尔比为1.2;二阶反应器的操作参数:反应器入口温度50℃,反应空速1.0~1.2h-1条件下进行了100h考察试验。结果表明,该反应比较平稳,一阶反应器的平均转化率在53%以上,二阶反应器的平均转化率在70%以上,异戊烯生成TAME具有很高的选择性,大于99%。
Using C5 fraction from stabilized gasoline and industrial methanol as raw materials, the etherification reactions were carried out in a cylindrical expanded-bed bi-reactor filled with sulfonic acid cation resin catalyst to investigate the effect of reaction conditions on conversion. Optimum reaction conditions for the two reactors were proposed and a 100h long-term test was performed under the following conditions: for the 1^st stage reactor -a inlet temperature of 70℃, a reaction pressure of 1.0MPa, a space velocity of 6-8h^-1 , a recycle ratio of 2 and a molar ratio (methanol to olefin) of 1.2; for the 2^nd stage reactor -a inlet temperature of 50℃and a space velocity of 1.0-1.2h^-1. The results showed that the average conversions in the 1^st stage reactor and the 2^nd stage reactor were more than 53% and more than 70%, respectively. In addition, the selectivity of isoamylenes to tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME) was over 99%.
