不同应用方式下磷酸酯对钢表面的摩擦磨损性能 被引量:2

摘要 比较了磷酸酯用作润滑油添加剂和直接对钢表面进行化学处理两种条件下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,在较轻负荷条件下,用磷酸酯对钢表面处理后磨损低于将磷酸酯加入润滑油中的磨损值。将磷酸酯加入到润滑油中对PB值的影响大于用磷酸酯对钢表面处理时对PB值的影响。钢表面处理后的元素分析结果表明,生成了FeP表面层,润湿性变强,有利于形成润滑油膜。 The anti-wear and used for chemical-thermal treating the friction function of organic phosphates used as lube additives or .surface of steel was compared. The test results showed that under light loading condition less abrasion was observed on the surface of steel samples treated with organic phosphates than that of on the untreated sample using organic phosphates as additive in the lube oil. The SEM and XPS analysis illustrated that a fine FeP layer was formed on the surface of the steel samples treated with organic phosphates. The wetting ability of said surface was improved and therefore the lubricating oil film was easy to form on it. However, under heavy loading organic phosphates used as lube additives exhibited higher PB value and smaller wear scar diameter as compared with organic phosphates treated steel surface directly.
