摘要
以基础油理化性质和润滑脂稠度数据为基础,建立了计算润滑脂低温相似粘度的5种数学关联式。将这些关联式预测的润滑脂低温相似粘度值与实测结果进行对比,平均误差在3%左右,远小于SH/T0048方法重复性不大于10%的要求,能够满足对润滑脂低温相似粘度的估算。
Five correlations were established to estimate the grease apparent viscosity at lowtemperature based on the physical-chemical properties of lube base oil and grease, such as density, kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, viscosity-gravity constant, grease consistency and the penetration of grease. The comparison of the calculated values with a series of experimental results showed that the average relative error was about 3 %, which successfully met the requirement of SH/T 0048 test method （reproducibility error less than 10%）.
