摘要
目的观察心炎康颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎患者的临床疗效。方法将220例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组120例口服心炎康颗粒,对照组100例单纯西药治疗。2组疗程均为14日。结果治疗组症状疗效、室性期前收缩疗效、STT改善疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心炎康颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎具有较好疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of xinyankang granule on viral myocarditis.Methods 220 patients with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 120 eases in the treatment group were administratod xinyankang granule and 100 eases in the control group treated with western medicine. 14 days was a treatment period. The change of clinical symptoms, serum myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram were observed. Results The improvement of the dinical symptom,ventricular extrasystole and ST-T segment in electrocardiogram were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xinyankang granule has a definite effect on viral myocarditis.
