通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛内皮素、丙二醛、C-反应蛋白影响的临床研究

Clinical reseach of Tongxinluo capsule on ET, MDA, CRP in treatment of angina pectoris

目的观察通心络胶囊对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛内皮素(ET)、丙二醛(MDA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法100例随机分为2组,治疗组50例口服通心络胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次;对照组50例口服单硝酸异山梨酯,每次1片,每日3次。服药前后记录ET、MDA、CRP、心绞痛症状、心电图STT改变、动态心电图缺血性STT改变的时间、血黏度与血脂的情况。2组均15日为1个疗程,3个疗程统计疗效。结果治疗组患者ET、MDA、CRP均明显降低,ET由(67.32±14.68)pgml改善为(39.58±8.78)pgml,MDA由(9.22±1.73)umml改善为(6.58±1.37)umml,CRP由(13.81±6.58)mgL改善为(5.89±2.63)mgL;心绞痛总有效率为94%;心电图改善总有效率为70%;动态心电图缺血性STT改变的时间由(87.85±15.61)min改善为(15.43±3.48)min,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛疗效明显,能明显降低ET、MDA、CRP,且无任何毒副作用。

Objective To observe the influences of Tongxinluo capsule on ET, MDA,CRP in patients with angina pectoris. Methods 100 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in treatment group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule,3 piles once, three times a day. The other 50 patients in control group were treated with isesorbide mononitrate.The patients＇ symptoms and the ET, MDA, CRP, ECG （ischeanie ST- T changes） ,holter ECG, blood viscosity and bloed fat were reeorded. Results Obvious drop of ET,MDA,CRP were observed after treatment in the treatment group.The level of ET was reduced from （67.32 ± 14.68）pg/ml to （39.58 ± 8.78）pg/ml.The level of MDA was reduced from （9.22 ± 1.73）um/ml to （6.58 ± 1.37）um/ml.Tbe level of CRP was reduced from （ 13.81 ± 6.58）mg/L to （5.89± 2.63）mg/L.The total efficacy rate in improving angina pectoris was 94%, and in improving ECG was 70% .The time（ischemie ST- T changes） of holter ECG was reduced from （87.85 ± 15.61）rain to （ 15.43 ± 3.48）min. There was a significant difference between the two drugs （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is useful to the trestment of angina pectoris and obviously drop blood ET,MDA,CRP without any side effect.
