摘要
21世纪的中国面临着空前的发展机遇,也面临着人口、能源与资源、生态环境、城市化、各地发展不均衡以及三农等诸多问题的严重挑战。大力发展紧凑新城镇,是实现节能省地与可持续发展战略目标的有效途径。我们提出的紧凑新城镇发展模式,旨在倡导越来越多有实力的企业参与到解决中国城市化问题中来,让从事传统房地产开发的企业以人居环境资源节约为重点的视角参与城市创新,参与建设节能省地城市,构建和谐社会。
In 21 century,China face the opportunity of super development,it also face the challenges of great deal of issues.such as population,energy and resource,ecology environment,urbanization,imbal ance in different regions and San Nong etc.Development compact new city and town is an effective approact to achieve the aim of low energy and land use and sustainable development stratagems .The objective of presenting Compact Nwe City and Town Mode are let more enterprise take part in and solve the problems of urbanization.and let traditional real-estate development companies take part in city innovation energy,saving ＆ saving city and harmony society construction,base on the human settlement resources saving aspect.
