摘要 透析相关性淀粉样变是长期维持性血液透析患者常见而严重的并发症。近年来,由于血液透析疗法的进展,延长了透析患者的寿命,但透析相关性淀粉样变的发病率亦随之升高,影响患者的生活质量,甚至导致死亡。有必要对透析相关性淀粉样变的发病机制及诊断与治疗进行探讨。 Dialysis related amyloidosis is the severe complication in patients treatea with maintenance hemodialysis.As the achievment of hemodialysis,the survive time of chronic dialysis patients becomes more longer in recent years. However,the morbility of dialysis related amyloidosis is also increased and it affects the life quality and even causes the death of patients. This article reviews the research status of pathogenesis and diagnosis as well as the treatment of dialysis related amyloidosis.
