An Investigation of Day -to -Day Work of ward Nurses

通过对北京市5所三级甲等医院主班、治疗班及护士长共86人每日工作的主要内容和时间分布的调 查,反映了由于人力缺乏,每日只能顾及业务、事务性工作,而忽视了对病人实施整体护理的情况。

An investigation observed the main contents and time distribution of day -to -day work of 86 nursing workers, including nurses on nursing affairs shift,nurses on treatment shift, and head nurses, of a number of wards in 5 A level- A class hospitals in Beijing, and found that because of their understaffedness they were solely occupied by day -to- day professional nursing care and routine work, with neglect in some other aspects of common nursing care.
