The system summaries the conspicuous problem existed in the application of traditional refuse landfill technology in the combination with the new progress of refuse landfill treatment technology at home and abroad in recent years, the paper puts forward the new idea of the construction of landfill yard. It also introduces the project application, taking the project of living refuse sanitary landfill yard in Tangshan City as an example. In the comparison with the traditional landfill yard, it could efficiently improve the utilization ratio of the fund, reduce the cost for operation and management, save the earth resource and efficiently protect the surrounding water environment.
