摘要
探讨企业员工激励的必要条件,员工的需求变化层次,以及个体激励与群体激励的相互关系。
The necessary and sufficient conditions for the motivation of the enterprise personnel are discussed. Their demand levels and the motivation relations between the personnel and the group are also discussed.
