钢-混凝土组合格构柱的设计方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 广州新白云国际机场飞机维修设施工程10号机库采用整体提升施工方案,其提升过程中的主要支承构件是上部为四肢钢格构柱、下部为混凝土柱的组合构件。目前国内外对此类构件整体稳定承载力的研究工作还不多见。通过有限元屈曲分析确定柱子的计算长度系数,较准确地考虑了格构柱的剪切变形、上下段截面及材性不同对失稳性能的影响,进而结合《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)验算提升组合柱的整体稳定性;另外,应用大挠度弹塑性有限元方法计算提升组合柱的极限稳定承载力,通过荷载-位移曲线来评价其整体刚度、安全储备及简化方法的可靠性。实践证明,钢-混凝土组合柱在施工过程中不会发生整体失稳,确保了整体提升施工方案的顺利实施。 Integral hoisting is employed in the construction of No. 10 hangar of China Southern Airline. As the main support members during the process of integral hoisting, the steel-concrete composite columns are loaded almost eccentrically and they are formed by steel latticed columns and concrete rectangle-section columns, Because of few researches on the stability of the composite columns up to now, their stability analysis is focused mainly on the study. A FEM associated “Code for Design of Steel Structures” (GB 50017- 2003) is presented, where the critical loads of the composite columns are determined by FEM, and global stability check is carried out according to the code. In addition, the full load-displacement curves of composite columns are achieved by using a large-deflection plastic FEM, and from these curves the load-carrying capacity and stiffness requirements of the composite columns can be evaluated correctly. It is approved by the construction practice that the steel-concrete composite columns do work very well and the integral hoisting has been accomplished safely.
