摘要
通过对橡胶软管进行受力分析,利用橡胶材料的静弹性特性计算其总变形能。通过分析及计算表明:软管的弹性变形所消耗的能量是不容忽视的。为减小其能耗,应减小软管壁厚,设计中还可采用适当增大管径的方法来提高软管泵的流量。
How to calculate the power loss of rubber flexible hose was introduced by analyzing the stress acted on the flexible hose and by making use of static state elastic characteristic of rubber material. The analysis and calculation indicates that the power loss induced by the elastic deformation of rubber hose can not be ignored. In order to reduce the power loss of the rubber flexible hose, the thickness of hose should be reduced, a method can be adopted that by increasing the diameter of hose to improve the fluid flux for the hose septum pump as well.
