摘要
将单组分氟树脂聚合体系引入乙烯基硅氧烷单体,所得聚合物在常温成膜时,乙氧基硅与水作用生成的硅醇,易失去水生成Si—O—Si键使树脂交联。初步结果表明,树脂膜的耐冲击性、硬度、透明性等性能均有一定提高。
A vinyl siloxane monomer is introduced into the one-component fluorinated resin. During the film formation at ambient temperature, the siloxanol formed because of reaction between ethoxy siloxane and water is easily loss water forming Si—O—Si bond crosslinking the resin. Preliminarily it is shown that the impact resistance, hardness and transparency of the resin are improved.
