摘要
制备了两种不同配方的有机硅耐高温涂料,通过反射红外和热失质量研究了其涂层在不同温度下的化学成分变化,用扫描电镜和显微镜研究了涂层在不同温度下的形貌特征,提出了有机硅耐高温涂料“二次成膜”物质是低熔点玻璃粉的机理。
Two silicone heat resistant coatings with different formulations have been prepared. The changes of chemical composition of the coatings at different temperatures are studied by use of IR and TGA. The film morphology at different temperatures is studied by use of microscope and SEM. A “two-step” film-forming mechanism, thanks to the low-melting-point glass powder, of silicone heat resistant coatings is proposed.
