对机顶盒软硬分离技术所涉及到的CA软件架构和接口关系等技术难点做了阐述,并提出了CA系统的一种通用软件架构,使得CA系统的开发和IRD的开发相互独立,解决了软硬分离的关键问题。

In this paper, the authors discuss Software-Hardware Detachable Technology in STB on its key points： CA soft architecture and relationships of the application interfaces, and then propose a universal CA software architecture based on DVB-C. The architecture can make the development of the CA system and that of IRD independently, so we have solved the key issue in Software-Hardware Detachable Technology for STB successfully.
