城市交通管理的国民经济效益评价方法研究

Study on Evaluation of National Economic Benefit of Urban Traffic Manager

在对比分析现有国民经济效益评价方法的基础上,本文从时间节省、燃油节约和交通事故减少3个方面提出了适合我国国情的国民经济效益评价的模型与方法,探讨了模型中主要参数的计算方法和取值。以178个城市3年来的统计数据为基础进行了应用研究,结果表明,模型能够较为合理的对交通管理产生的国民经济效益进行评价。

Traffic mauagement produced a large amount of social economic benefit, and evaluation of the benefit was able to guide the developing direction of traffic management. Based on the analysis of existing evaluation methods of national economic benefit, this paper put forward a new model suitable for the situation of China from three aspects： time saving, energy saving and traffic accident decrease, and researched the calculation methods and results of main parameters. This paper also collected statistical data of 178 Chinese cities in recent three years, and applied the model based on the data. The results show that this model can evaluate the national economic benefit of traffic management reasonably.
