成都公路主枢纽总体布局规划后评价研究

Study on the Post-Evaluation for Chengdu Highway Main Hub General Planning

结合成都公路主枢纽总体布局规划的特点与内容,从后评价的角度,按前后对比的系统思想,首次对公路主枢纽总体布局规划后评价进行了研究。并从发展预测、建设情况和运行机制3个主要方面对成都公路主枢纽总体布局规划的成功度进行了评价,为其实际操作提供了借鉴。同时,针对评价结果,从规划自身的角度出发,总结了规划成功的经验和失败的教训,为其修编提供参考与借鉴,以提高规划结果的科学性和合理性。

Based on characteristics and contents of the Chengdu highway main hub general planning, from the point of view of postevaluation and by comparison of before-after project, the authors discussed the highway main hub general planning post-evaluation theory. The rationality of the highway main hub general planning is evaluated from three main aspect of development prediction, construction condition and operation mechanism, which provide lessons for its operation actually.According to the result of the post-evaluation, successful experiences and failure lessons have been summarized from the planning itself that could be referenced in the adjustment of highway main hub general planning to make it more scientific and rational.
