构建基于.NET的高校院系级网上办公系统

The .NET Based MIS for School/Department Level Information Management in Universities

论文论述了西北工业大学计算机学院网上办公综合管理信息系统的系统设计过程。针对高校院系级管理工作的特点,采用B/S模式和先进的.NET框架进行开发。该系统分为学生管理子系统、教师管理子系统、公众信息管理子系统和信息上报模块。并针对系统的安全性,提出了涉及网络系统级、用户级和数据库级的多级安全保护措施。该系统的使用结果表明,院系级的信息网络化管理可以大大提高工作效率,提高部门、科室之间协同工作和信息共享的能力。

This paper proposes the Managed Information System（MIS） for the School of Computer Science of Northwestern Polytechnical University.Based on the special characteristics of school/department level information management,the system is developed using B/S architecture and .NET technology.The system is composed of student management subsystem,personal management sub-system,public information management system and information submission module.A multi-level system safety protection scheme is also presented.The implementation results of the system show that the working efficiency is significantly improved,and the information sharing is successfully accomplished between different sections or offices.
