新型压力容器法兰密封结构的有限元接触分析 被引量:5

摘要 为解决反应釜密封泄漏问题,研制了新型类C形密封环。在预紧状态和设计压力状态下对压力容器有限元模型进行了接触弹塑性分析,利用有限元分步加载技术模拟了主螺栓预紧以及加压过程中主法兰的应力场和位移场情况,对主法兰密封面的变形状态进行了研究。分析结果从数值上证明了类C形密封环具有良好的密封性能。 To solve the problem of leakage of reaction vessel, a new C-ring for the sealing of the reaction vessel is developed. Under the condition of pretension at design pressure, a contact analysis of the finite element model of the pressure vessel is made. And the stress field and displacement field of the main flange during pretension and pressing of the boltsare simulated. Then the deformation of the sealing surface of the main flange is investigated. The analysis proves the C-ring has good sealing performance.
