多功能分层压裂开关在分层压裂管柱中的应用

为解决多油层分层压裂作业管柱一旦砂埋封隔器难以解封的难题,研制了多功能分层压裂开关。该开关集喷砂节流器、补偿器和冲砂器三大功能于一体,具有结构简单,功能齐全的特点。重点解决了异常情况下砂埋封隔器的处理问题,实现了下1次管柱、用1趟压裂车组实施2层分层压裂的目的。该管柱包括两级可洗井封隔器和1个分层压裂开关等井下工具,较好地解决了压裂过程中砂堵和砂埋封隔器的问题,在吐哈油田3口井的现场应用中取得了理想的效果。

A zonal fracture switch with simple structure and multifunction is developed to solve the problem of releasing of pack stuck by sand during separate layer fracturing operation. It combines the functions of a sand jetting choke, a compensator and a sand washer, and can be used successfully two-layer fracturing with one-time string lowering and one set of pumps. Field use proves the fracturing switch has good performance.
