摘要
石油钻机关键受力零部件承受载荷大,载荷性质和使用工况恶劣,一旦发生事故,将造成重大财产损失。磁记忆检测技术能够检测出铁磁性构件的应力集中区,并能够对应力集中程度进行评估。为此,阐述了应力与铁磁构件磁场状态之间的内在联系和磁记忆检测的基本原理,给出了MMMT—2磁记忆检测系统的构成和主要技术参数。通过对在役钻机关键零部件的实际检测,表明磁记忆检测技术可以检测出钻机零部件的应力集中区,并且能够对应力集中程度进行评估,对钻机关键零部件进行早期诊断,及时发现可能的损伤源,对钻机的安全使用能起到较好的预警作用。
Failure of the key component parts of a drilling rig may bring about great economic loss. Therefore the stress testing of these components parts is of great importance. The magnetic memory technique can be applied to find out the stress concentration area on the ferromagnetism metal components, and make an evaluation of the degree of the stress concentration. The interrelation between the stress and the status of magnetic field in ferromagnetism metal components is expounded, and the fundamental principle of metal magnetic memory testing is also analyzed. Then MMMT-2 magnetic memory testing system developed by Jianghan Machinery Research Institute is introduced. Field application shows that this system can carry out an early diagnosis of the key components of the rig and give early-warning.
