摘要
针对钻井生产过程的特殊性,开发了钻井过程一种小型化信息监测系统。该系统集成了总线技术和红外气体检测技术,实现了数据采集的小型化,并开发了用于现场的信息评价和故障诊断的专家系统。利用数据远程联网技术,实现了钻井现场与基地的数据信息共享。系统不仅能够随钻监测钻井过程、录取准确齐全的钻井参数,还能够及时准确地对钻井过程进行状态判断;作为钻井现场的一个信息平台,可以实现钻井现场的信息交流,对数字化油田建设起着重要作用。
A miniaturized information monitoring system for drilling process is developed in the light of the particularity of oil drilling. By integrating bussing technique and infrared gas inspection technique, the system realizes miniaturization of data acquisition. And expert system for field information evaluation and trouble-shooting is developed. By means of data remote network technique, information sharing by well-site and headquarters is realized. This monitoring system can not only carry out drilling process monitoring and drilling parameters recording, but also make an accurate real-time judging of the drilling condition.
