骨髓基质干细胞与骨基质明胶复合构建组织工程化骨 被引量:2

New bone formation by bone mesenchymal stem cells combied with bone matrix gelatin using tissue-engieering methods

摘要 目的探讨骨髓基质干细胞(MSCs)与同种异体骨基质明胶(BMG)复合培养构建组织工程化骨的可能性。方法将SD大鼠来源的MSCs与同种异体BMG复合培养后植入SD大鼠竖脊肌肌袋内,于术后不同的时间点处死大鼠,标本进行碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性测定及组织形态学观察。结果MSCs与同种异体BMG复合植入体内可产生成熟的骨组织。结论利用MSCs与同种异体BMG复合可产生组织工程化新生骨组织。
