子宫内膜癌组织中转化生长因子β_1及其受体表达的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜癌中转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)及其受体(TGF-βR Ⅰ)表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化技术(SP法)检测TGF-β1和TGF-βRⅠ在31例子宫内膜癌组织和17例增生过长组织及27例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果子宫内膜癌组织中TGF- β1表达明显高于增生过长组织和正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.01);增生过长组和正常子宫内膜相比,TGF-β1表达强度差异无显著性(P>0 05)。且TGF-β1表达水平与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度呈正相关(P<0.05),与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。相反,子宫内膜癌组织中TGF-βRⅠ表达明显低于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05);TGF-βR Ⅰ表达水平与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度呈负相关(P<0.05),与分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论过度表达可能促进子宫内膜癌的进展,其负性调控的丧失与TGF-βRⅠ表达下降有关。TGF-β1及TGF-βRⅠ的表达可作为判断子宫内膜癌预后的指标之一。
