痰热清注射液治疗急性放射性肺炎48例

Clinical Observation of "Tanreqing Injection" in Treating Radiation Pneumonitis in 48 Cases

为观察痰热清注射液治疗放射性肺炎的临床效果,将96例放射性肺炎患者随机分成2组,每组各48 例。对照组应用地塞米松联合抗生素治疗,治疗组应用痰热清注射液联合抗生素。结果:治疗组的主要症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),卡氏评分改善优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后免疫功能较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05)。提示:痰热清注射液治疗急性放射性肺炎效果良好,可改善患者生存质量。

To evaluate the efficacy of “Tanreqing Injection” in the treatment of radiation pneumonitis in thorax cancer patients who received radiotherapy, 96 patients of radiation pneumonitis were randomly and equally allocated into treatment group and control group, each group had 48 cases. The control group were treated by dexamethasone and antibiotics, while the treatment group were given “ Tanreqing Injection” 20ml iv drip, qd. The change of symptom, physical sign, X - rays, quality of life and immune function of the patients were observed. Results ： Difference between the two groups on total effective rate showed significance （ P 〈0.05 ）, the healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment the quality of life of the treatment group was better than that before treatment（ P 〈0.01 ）. The immune functions in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group showing significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： “Tanreqing Injection” was proved effective for treating radiation pneumonifis. It can improve the quality of life of patients, make the course of disease short, raise the healing rate without obvious adverse effects. It suggests that “Tanreqing Injection” may have abroad clinical application in treating radiation pneumonitis.
