摘要
针对甲醇-柴油双燃料增压柴油机,研究了甲醇喷射的控制方法和这种柴油机的排放性及经济性,并开发了控制甲醇喷射的电控装置,试验结果表明,这种控制方法能够提高甲醇对柴油的替代率,有效降低碳烟和NOx排放,改善柴油机的经济性。
On a turbo-charged diesel engine, the control strategy with hi-fuel combustion of diesel-methanol and the engine's economy and the emissions had been investigated, and then an electronic control unit been developed. The results show that this control strategy can make the injection of methanol work properly and effectively under various working conditions. Moreover, the max substitute ratio of methanol to diesel can increase greatly and the hi-fuel combustion win not ouly reduce the PM and NOx, but also improve the fuel economy of the engine.
