内燃机试验台测控系统模糊PI控制方法的研究

摘要 提出内燃机试验台测控系统的转速和转矩模糊PI控制算法。在建立内燃机—测功机传动系统动力学模型、内燃机有效转矩模型、测功机励磁电流模型的基础上,采用所提出的控制算法对内燃机试验台测控系统进行了动态仿真模拟,结果表明控制精度较高、动态响应快、超调量低,较好地解决了试验台控制的稳定性及测量的实时准确性问题。 The fuzzy PI control algorithms of speed and torque is proposed for the testing and controlling system of electrical-vortex engine test bed. Based on the dynamics model of drive system between engine and dynamometer, the engine' s torque model and on the model of the excitation current of dynamometer, the testing and controlling system of the test bed is simulated dynamically with the fuzzy PI control algorithms. The results indicate that the control precision is high, the dynamic response is quick, and the overshoot is low. The stability of the test-bed and the metrical problem of real time veracity are solved preferably.
