Prism膜分离氢提纯系统在连续重整还原中的应用

摘要 连续重整装置的还原氢Prism膜分离提纯系统运行一年多的应用经验表明,利用膜分离所得的高纯度氢气作还原气,可抑制催化剂还原过程的裂解反应,减少铂晶粒积碳和积聚的可能性,提高催化剂的还原质量.在显著提高催化剂活性的同时,选择性也有明显的提高.重整产氢的纯度也逐步地由88%提高到91%以上. Prism membrane separation system which purifies hydrogen applying for catalyst reduction of CRU has been in operation for over one year This operation experience indicates that the high purity hydrogen produced by the membrane unit can restrain the crack reaction during the process of catalyst reduction and reduce the possibility of platinum crystal particles' cluster and their collection with carbon so as to elevate the quality of catalyst reduction As a result,, both theactivity and selectivity of catalyst have been obviously improved And the yielded hydrogen purity of CRU is increased from 88 % to 91%.
