摘要
对小本体聚丙烯装置原尾气回收系统存在的问题进行了分析.通过具有回收丙烯及氮气双功能膜分离技术与压缩/冷凝液化回收技术的组合,回收聚丙烯装置尾气中的丙烯及氮气.工业化应用结果证明,该组合技术不仅解决了原回收系统的问题,而且该膜分离装置操作简单、丙烯回收率达98%以上,回收的氮气能直接用于聚丙烯装置闪蒸釜氮气置换.
The tail gas recycling system of polypropylene is analysed, the polypropylene and nitrogen can be recyled from the tail gas of polypropylene device with the combination of the dual- functional film separation and compression- condensation technologies. The results of industrial application show that the problems in the original recycling system can be not only solved, but also the operation is easy. And the rate of propylene recovery reaches more than 98 %. The recycled nitrogen can be directly used in the displacement of propylene in polyprolene device.
