摘要 目的:探讨重度子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞Fas(又称APO-1,CD95)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化法观察24例Fas在重度子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的表达,并与24例正常晚期妊娠胎盘比较。结果:Fas主要表达于胎盘绒毛合体滋养细胞及细胞滋养细胞的胞浆及胞膜内。与正常对照组比较,Fas在重度子痫前期组胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的表达水平显著增加(P<0.05),差异有显著性。Fas在重度子痫前期组胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的表达与新生儿出生体重和胎盘重量均有明显相关性。结论:Fas在重度子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞中表达失衡,通过免疫途径诱导滋养细胞发生级联凋亡反应及滋养细胞对螺旋小动脉的浸润过浅,影响“血管重铸”过程,导致胎盘缺血、缺氧,可能与重度子痫前期的病因及病理过程有关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of Fas in placenta in patients with severe pre-eclampsia. Methods: Fas of placenta was determined by immunohistological method and compared between normal late pregnancy (24 cases) and pre - eclampsia (24 cases). Results: Different degree expression of Fas can be observed in the trophoblasts of almost placentas, but less expression of Fas can be seen in dometrium tissues. Positive immunostain Fas was mainly located in the cytoplasm and membrane of syncytiotropgoblast and cytotrophoblast. Fas expression significantly greater in the study subjects compared with controls (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Altered expression of Fas in trophoblasts might influence pathogenesis or sequelate of pre - eclampsia.
