摘要
以硫酸钛为原料,通过Pechini溶胶-凝胶法制备柔版显示器件用TiO2粉体。SEM和AFM结果表明,以去离子水和无水乙醇混合液为溶剂制备的TiO2粉体为完整的实心球形颗粒,颗粒表面非常光滑,分散性比较好,粒径约为300nm。XRD与TG-DTA结果显示,制得的Pechini凝胶经过煅烧,在500℃时开始出现锐钛矿相TiO2,800℃由锐钛矿相向金红石相转变,900℃转变完全。
Titania powder of adagio display was prepared by Pechini sol-gel process using Ti(SO4)2 as raw material. The results of SEM and AFM show that the obtained titania powder from the solvent of distilled water and absolute alcohol is intact solid and spherical particle with smooth surface and perfect dispersibility. The crystalline size is about 300 nm. The results of XRD and TG-DTA show that the anatase TiO2 is occurred at 500℃ for calcined Pechini gel. The transforming temperature from anatase to futile is 800℃, and the transformation is completed at 900℃.
