摘要
在分别研究了Nb5+、Y3+掺杂对高温PTC陶瓷性能的影响后,得出结果:Y3+既可作为施主,又可起受主作用,还可以提高升阻比;Nb5+主要是起施主作用,但可以抑制Pb的挥发.为了能够使高温PTC陶瓷整体性能提高,因此结合Nb5+、Y3+各自的优点,用正交法对高温PTC陶瓷进行了双施主掺杂配方的试验,优选了最佳配方:Nb5+应该控制在0.06~0.08之间,Y3+控制在0.08~0.12之间较好.
The effect of Nb^5+, Y^3+ donor on the properties of high Curie point PTC ceramics was studied and obtained results are found that Y^3+ acts not only as a donor, but also as an acceptor, and can also increase the ratio Of ρmax/ρmin; and Nb^5+ acts mainly as a donor, but it can decrease the lead volatility.
