摘要
制备了复合氧化物固体超强酸催化剂 Pt-SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3,通过 XRD、XPS、SEM、FT-IR 等手段研究了其结构、表面性质及其对正丁烷异构化反应的催化活性。结果表明,适量的 Al_2O_3稳定了四方晶相的ZrO_2,抑制了 ZrO_2由四方晶相向单斜晶相的转变。掺杂 Pt 提高了正丁烷异构化反应的催化活性。采用 w(Al)=1.5%的催化剂,异丁烷最高收率达37%,选择性达70%。
The composite solid oxide super acid Pt-SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared, and its structure, surface properties and catalytic activities for n-butane isomerization reaction were investigated by XRD, XPS, SEM, FT-IR. The results showed that the optimum Al2O3 loading in the catalyst made ZrO2 tetragonal phase stable, prevented the transformation of ZrO2 from tetragonal phase to monoclinic phase. Pt doping on Pt-SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3 improved the catalytic activities for n-butane isomerization reaction. When the content of Alwas 1.5% in the catalyst, the yield of i-butane was 37%, and its selectivity reached 70 % above.
