摘要
研究了(3-异氰酸酯基-4-甲基)苯氨基甲酸-2-丙烯酯(TAI)官能化乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE-g-TAI)与尼龙6(PA6)的反应共混。傅里叶变换红外光谱表明,POE-g-TAI 中的异氰酸酯基(-NCO)与 PA6中的端氨基(-NH_2)发生了加成反应。共混体系的热性能结果表明,在相同的共混组成下,POE-g-TAI/PA6共混体系中 PA6的结晶焓要低于 POE/PA6共混体系中的 PA6的结晶焓,这种差别随共混物中乙烯-辛烯共聚物含量的增加而增大,说明反应共混体系中 PA6的结晶受到一定的限制;POE-g-TAI/PA6共混体系的复数粘度和贮能模量高于相应的 POE/PA6共混体系。
Reactive compatibilization of ethylene-octene copolymer(POE) functionalized with allyl (3- isocyanate-4-methyl) carbamate (TAI) isocyanate (POE-g-TAI) and polyamide 6 (PA6) was studied. FT-IR analysis revealed the evidence of the chemical reaction between the end groups of PA6 and POE-g-TAI. DSC analysis indicated that crystallization behavior of PA6 in POE-g-TAI/PA6 was pro- hibited by the interracial chemical reaction between PA6 and POE-g-TAI.
