改性间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂的合成及耐腐蚀研究

摘要 研究了用松香对间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂的封端改性,最佳原料配比为:二元醇/不饱和二元酸/饱和二元酸(摩尔比)=1.2:0.3:0.7,松香添加量为二元酸总量的15%。改性间苯型与通用间苯型树脂相比,其力学性能相当,但耐水、耐酸、耐碱性能高于后者。 The isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) was modified through termination by rosin. The material ratios were obtained as follows, glycol/saturated dicarboxylic acid/unsaturated dicarboxylic acid(molar) = 1. 2/0. 3/0. 7, rosin/dicarboxylic acid(molar) = 0. 15. The properties were compared between the modified resin and general isophthalic UPR. The results showed that the modified isophthalic UPR had the same mechanical properties as general isophthalic UPR, but its resistance to water, aicd and alkali were improved.
