摘要
世界经济经过半个多世纪高速、稳定的发展之后,许多商品的买方市场逐渐形成,各国出口商之间的竞争逐渐向多元化方向发展,灵活多样的贸易方式不断产生,而且逐渐向依靠商业信用,有利于买方的交易方向发展,这在有利促进出口的同时,也给出口企业带来了越来越大的收汇风险。仅2002年中国出口逾期未收汇金额就达到150亿美元,这对我国外贸企业造成巨大影响。
Over so odd years＇ fast and stable development of the world economy, the buyers＇ markets of many commodities have been founded gradually.The complex competition of different exporting nations results in various trade modes on commercial credit and in buyer favors＇. The trend not only accelerates exportation but also brings exporting companies increased exchange collection risks. Only in 2002 China had 15 billionve dollars that was overdue cnused enormous pressure on Chinese exporting companies.
