摘要
为探讨高颅内压的早期诊断，用Ｂ型超声波对５４例高颅内压患者及４８例正常对照者的视神经直径进行检查，并将高颅内压患者视神经束增宽检出率与视乳头水肿的检出率进行比较。结果高颅内压患者视神经直径为（６．３２±０．５３）ｍｍ，正常人为（３．６１±０．２９）ｍｍ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。高颅内压患者视神经束增宽的检出率为７９．００％，视乳头水肿检出率为６７．００％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明颅内压增高时，视神经束增宽的比率明显高于视乳头水肿的比率；
Thediametersoftheopticnervesin54patientswithhighintracranialpressure(ICP)werecheckedandmeasuredwithBtypeultrasonictomographyandtherelationshipbetweenthewidthofopticnerveandtheopticpapiledemawasstudied.Theresultsshowedthattheaveragedi-ameter(6.32±0.53)mmoftheopticnervesinpatientswithhighICPwaswiderthanthat(3.61±0.29)mminhealthsubjects(P<0.01).Therateofincreasingwidthofopticnerve(87.00%)washigherthanthat(67.00%)ofpapiledema(P<0.05).Inaddition,in19patientswithICPbetween1.97and2.50kPa,therateofincreasingwidthofopticnerve(79.00%)washigherthanthat(42.00%)ofpapiledema(P<0.05).TheseresultsindicatedthatmeasuringthediameterofopticnervemightbemorepracticalthanobservingthepresenceofpapiledemaindiagnosinghighICP,es-pecialyinearlystage.
