摘要
采用一次煅烧工艺、二次煅烧工艺、脱水与转相分离工艺三种后处理方式制备了一批样品,对样品的分析表明,后处理方式对粒度及粒度分布存在较大的影响,其影响主要由含水率、煅烧制度、粉碎工序在整个工艺流程中的位置三个因素决定;且采用二次煅烧工艺和脱水转相分离工艺可以有效改善粉体的粒度分布,后者的粒度分布D25/D75达到0.57.
Samples of aluminum powder are prepared through three different post - processing methods, which are one - step calcining, two - step calcining and phase transformation by dehydration. It is shown through the analysis of the samples that the particle size and its distribution in aluminum powder are much influenced by post - processing methods. Both can be controlled by the ratio of containing water, calcining parameters and the order of grinding procedure in the whole processing. It is also made clear that two - step calcining and phase transformation by dehydration can effectively improve the particle size distributing. In phase transformation, D25/D75 reaches 0.57.
